Delete your data

This page explains how to delete the information Winalt Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited holds through WinaltSpace, including data received from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Disconnect an account yourself

Sign in to WinaltSpace, open Social platforms, and remove the Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number you connected. Removing it immediately deletes the access token and all the figures we stored for that account.

You can also remove WinaltSpace on Facebook under Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Access stops straight away and we can no longer read or post to your account.

Ask us to delete everything

Email [email protected] from the address on your WinaltSpace account with the subject "Delete my data", and tell us your workspace name. If you are connecting through Facebook and do not have a WinaltSpace account, include the name of the Page or account instead.

We confirm by reply, delete the data within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. Backups are overwritten within 35 days. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

What is deleted

Access tokens, account names and identifiers, daily figures, and any posts, comments or messages we stored for the account. Workspace owners can also close the whole workspace, which deletes all of its connected accounts and data.

Who can ask

Workspace owners can request deletion of the whole workspace. Other users can ask us to delete their personal details.
